Did your Vigil AAD save your life or the life of someone you know?
Reporting a save allows us to learn from the experiences of others.
We want to share this information with the community to spread awareness and ensure that people have access to information that will help them better prepare and prevent incidents from occurring.
Things don’t always go according to plan and that’s why you have #YourGuardianAngel.
SUBMIT AN ACTIVATION REPORT
This Vigil® Activation Report must be completed accurately to allow us to determine whether the activation qualifies as a Life Save.

In the case of a confirmed Vigil® Life Save, a FREE replacement cutter will be provided, pending review and approval by AAD.

To qualify, please ensure the following:
- Submit a completed Life Save Report
(Required only if you did not already submit the activation information through the RMA form.)
- Provide the downloaded jump graph
If you are unable to download the graph yourself, you may send your unit to AAD or Vigil America, and our team will assist with obtaining the necessary data.

Please note: If the activation is determined not to be a Life Save, the cutter will be replaced at the customer’s expense.
