Jumper got knock out on exit. Stable but not aware to pull. AAD fired but jumper didn't steer reserve and landed injured.
Jumper pulled main when still in tracking position (slightly head down). He did not throw the pilot chute far away enough and pilot chute
Upon reserve opening shock, the main container opened and canopy started to inflate with the bridle still anchored to jumper's leg.
Fortunately enough both canopied did not interfered and jumper landed in the trees under a partial downplane but suffered no injury.
Vigil definitely saved his life.
Did not find to open the parachute
Unstable exit. Long attempt for stabilization. Sideways rotation until device activation
Jumper completed the static line jumps, and the first hand-deployed jump was the next one. At this jump He could not reach the pilot-chute, but tried continuously.
It does not succeed, the altitude went too low, and the device activated the cutter. Reserve canopy opened well, student landed safely
First static line student jump. He caught main pilot chute continue rolling and lines caught his leg. Went in headdown position and falling until Vigil fired.Landing was without problem.
I tried to unplug the primary and secondary triggers several times, but I didn't.
Before I opened the reserve parachute, the vigil was activated.
Student lost altitude awareness
Student jumping solo. At opening altitude lost control and kept falling on his back and did not pull
