I was leading a 3 way. Exited upon the pilot turning the light green. Got into position as front outside the aircraft and noticed the airspeed was very fast. I struggled to make a count and let go and hit the tail. I was paralyzed but still conscious. I fell until the vigil fired.

(The pilot switched the green light by mistake during the climb).
Student completed 12 jumps in 4 days through AFF program. Was doing coach jump with instructor. Student tracked away at end of jump, waved off, and attempted a pull but could not reach the pilot chute. (BOC). Student attempted a second time and then rolled onto his back. After a few seconds of on his back spinning/turning, (with no other attempt to pull) he grabbed the cutaway handle and held it until the AAD fired.
Jump and goes to spin fast. Goes belly up at 5000 ft and continue spinning. Did not see altimeter and din't attempt to open neither main nor reserve. Gain control when the vigil activated.
The Skydiver tryied to deploy with no efect on the hackey and lost track of altitude trying his emergency procedures. Vilgill fired and saved his life Aleluia!
student has a hard pull on his spring loaded student javelin. Student keeps trying to open and gets unstable, spinning in freefall. Kept too long trying, vigil activated
She pulled her PC very low but it was unstable body position also.
So the bridel of PC caught and was twisted around her neck. The main canopy stayed into container.
Hard pull due to drogue bridle big ring flipped over drogue riser medium ring.
Student on his third jump of the day. After 25 seconds of free fall at approximately 1100m decided to deploy but could not locate the pilot chute. Instead of doing EP he gave it another atempts. Finaly AAD fired and saved his life.
About 1400m TI opens his main Stealth-320. After that he tryed to unlock toggles. Right toggle released normally, but the left toggle is jammed and the canopy start turning. TI tryed to unlock jammed toggle twice without the result. TI use the reserve drogue release and cutaway main. TI tryed to use the reserve ripcord, but the velcro hold it too strong. Vigil fired, reserve open normally. Landing normally. TI and passanger has no injury.
My Brake gone out during angle jump, and this brake line blocks around me - I cutaway, this brake line doesn’t let go the POD - It was still above me without openning the suspent block the freedom.
I debated to undo the line, I was not slow down because the main canopy will not open. By the time I managed to let the POD, I took my rescue handle to late my cutter save my life … Thank you Vigil !!!
